Your Sedona yoga and hiking tour splits the difference evenly between yoga time and hiking time, generally 75 minutes of each. Or an easy request for more or less of either.
Your land journey experience (Restore-tex In The Vortex) by request can be a shorter hike which allows more time for meditation or including free of cost Add-On’s such as Sound Bath, Essential Oil anointing/visualization/breathing integration. A longer hiking route, 2.5 miles round trip, still allows for what’s mentioned above, just not as much.
Time must have a symbiotic relationship with your inner prickly pear margarita because it goes by very quickly once we’re out on the land. But still a portion of the all experiences allows for taking it all in, looking around at scenery, chatting, taking photos, observing plant life and free of cost Add-On’s

The hiking trails for the Sedona red rock yoga are mostly mild, occasionally modest. Our Sedona Yoga hikes average 1 mile each way
Start times depend on the climate weather. Hotter months early morning or late afternoon/evening. Cooler months, late morning/mid day.
