During the yoga portion of your Sedona Yoga Hiking experience, the yoga mats seem to unravel into magic carpets, ready to spin your vortex into any state of consciousness you choose…Usually leading to that inner peaceful warrior raising their voice and sword with a joyful “Here’s to the good times.”

For the flowing QiGong portion – we often hear, “I’ve never done QiGong before… that was my favorite part!” QiGong aka Tai Chi – slow, intentional, and surprisingly powerful. Don’t be fooled… you’ll definitely feel it in your legs.
