Vortex Yoga Hiking in Sedona (“we”) runs this website. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: blairdarby@gmail.com or (928) 592-7701.
What you tell us. When you send a booking request, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, the hike you’re interested in, your dates and time of day, your group size, any add-ons, and your notes. If you buy something in our online shop, we receive your order details. Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see or store your card number.
How you found us. Our booking form also records how you reached our site: the page you landed on, the site you came from, and, if you clicked one of our ads, the ad’s click code. This tells us which of our ads bring real bookings.
Cookies and measurement. We use Google Analytics to count visits and Google Ads conversion tracking to see when a visit that started from one of our ads becomes a booking request. Both use cookies. When a booking from an ad is paid, we may tell Google the ad’s click code, the date and the amount, so we can see what the ads cost per booking. We never send Google your name, email or phone number. Our home page also shows a Google map, which Google may set its own cookies for.
Who we share it with. Your booking request goes to Blair and to Sedona Tech Solutions, who looks after this website and our ads. Google receives the measurement information above. PayPal receives what it needs to take a payment. Our website host stores the site and its records. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it. We keep booking requests and orders as long as we need them to run your hike and keep our business records, then delete them.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. You can turn off Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and adjust ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com. To see, correct or delete what you’ve sent us, email or call us. Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Children. This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes. If we change this page, we’ll update the date at the top.
